IMPORTANT: READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY VADE PRODUCT.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, using, or accessing any Vade Product (collectively "Products"), you ("User", "You", or "Your") expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every single provision below, you must immediately stop all use and destroy any copies of the Products. Continued use constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.
1. Description of Products
Vade Products are unauthorized third-party software tools ("cheats", "hacks", "exploits", or "modifications") designed to alter, modify, or provide unfair advantages in various online video games. These Products are provided "AS IS" and are explicitly intended to violate the Terms of Service of the games they are used on. Vade Products do not own, operate, or have any affiliation with any game company.
2. User Eligibility and Acknowledgment of Risk
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Products you confirm you are of legal age and are acting on your own free will, with full knowledge and understanding of the risks. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Using cheats is strictly against the Terms of Service, rules, and policies of every game you use them on.
- Game developers actively detect and ban users of such software.
- You may receive permanent account bans, hardware ID bans, IP bans, or any other form of restriction or termination from the game.
- You may lose access to your game account, in-game purchases, progress, friends lists, and any other associated data.
- You may suffer financial loss, reputational harm, or any other consequence whatsoever.
- All of the above risks are accepted entirely by you and you alone.
3. No Liability – Your Actions, Your Consequences
Vade Products, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, resellers, or anyone associated with it (collectively "Vade") shall NOT be held responsible, liable, or accountable in any way for ANY consequences resulting from your use of the Products. This includes, but is not limited to: account bans, hardware bans, game terminations, loss of access, loss of in-game items or currency, loss of real-world money spent on the game, legal action by game companies, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You are using the Products entirely at your own risk, on your own time, and with your own free will. Vade does not force, encourage, or require you to use the Products. You choose to do so.
3.1 Explicit Non-Responsibility Clause
Vade is not responsible for anything that happens to the player using the products and we cannot be held accountable for anything that happens. You agree that Vade bears zero responsibility and zero accountability for any outcome, damage, loss, ban, suspension, termination, financial harm, emotional distress, or any other effect whatsoever that occurs while, before, or after you use any Vade Product. This non-responsibility and non-accountability is absolute, unconditional, and survives even if Vade is found to have been negligent or if any other legal theory is alleged.
4. No Refunds or Chargebacks Policy – ZERO EXCEPTIONS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO CREDITS, and NO CHARGEBACKS under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to):
- You getting banned
- The cheat stopping working
- Game updates breaking the cheat
- You changing your mind
- You not liking the product
- Any technical issue on your end
- Any issue whatsoever
Any attempt to issue a chargeback, dispute, or reversal will result in immediate termination of your access, permanent blacklisting, and Vade reserves the right to pursue legal action and recovery of all costs, including legal fees.
5. No Warranty – "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
Vade Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with NO WARRANTIES of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee functionality, undetected status, compatibility, performance, or any specific result. We do not promise the cheat will remain undetected or continue working after any game update.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Products only on your own accounts.
- Never share, distribute, sell, or resell the Products.
- Keep your login credentials and any activation keys private.
- Accept full responsibility for any and all actions taken with the Products.
7. Termination
Vade may terminate your access to any Product at any time, for any reason, without notice and without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VADE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT IN THE PAST 30 DAYS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL VADE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vade from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Products, your violation of any game's Terms of Service, or your breach of this TOS.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This TOS shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. You waive any right to class action or jury trial.
11. Changes to TOS
Vade may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Entire Agreement
This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vade. No other statements, promises, or representations (oral or written) shall modify it.
BY PURCHASING OR USING ANY VADE PRODUCT YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY EVERY SINGLE PROVISION ABOVE. YOU ACCEPT ALL RISKS AND RELEASE VADE FROM ALL LIABILITY FOREVER.
